TIME OFF
The company offers a flexible PTO policy. Six paid holidays are observed: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day
HEALTH
CARE
Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription benefits are provided. Employees are eligible on the 1st of the month following the first full month of employment. Goodwin Brothers pays 100% of the premium for the employee and their family.
401K
Goodwin Brothers offers a Safe Harbor 401k plan. Employees are eligible on the first day of the month following their date of hire. The company contributes 3% regardless of the employee contribution.
LONG TERM DISABILITY
Goodwin Brothers pays 100% of the premium for long term disability coverage. Employees are automatically covered the first full month after they begin employment.
