This project consisted of construction of a new 1.0 MG clearwell plus an additional 162,000 gallons of capicity for future filter backwash, a new pumping facility that included four (4) high service pumps with a firm capacity of 7.5 MGD and space for two (2) future backwash pumps.
The clearwell was divided into two (2) wells and two (2) wetwells to allow the clearwell to operate as two (2) independent systems for maintenance, new electrical facilities and infastructure to provide power to the entire plant with room for future expansion, site piping to support new systems and renovations of existing office space to act as new plant operations center and laboratory.
