HOLIDAYS
Six paid holidays are observed:
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day
TIME OFF
The company offers a flexible PTO policy. Time off requests are to be made in a manner that is considerate of work responsibilities and the impact that your absence may have on coworkers.
MEDICAL
Medical and Prescription benefits are provided through United Health Care’s Choice Plus plan. Employees are eligible on the 1st of the month following the first full month of employment.
Goodwin Brothers pays 100% of the premium for the employee and their family .
DENTAL
Dental coverage, provided through Delta Dental, is included with the medical plan. Goodwin Brothers pays 100% of the employee and dependent premium.

Orthodontics 80%
VISION

401K
Goodwin Brothers offers a Safe Harbor 401k plan. Employees are eligible on the first day of the month following their date of hire. The company contributes 3% regardless of the employee contribution.
LONG TERM DISABILITY
Goodwin Brothers pays 100% of the premium for long term disability coverage. Employees are automatically covered the first full month after they begin employment.
PLAN IT SAFE PROGRAM
We ‘Plan It Safe’ by implementing safety at every level. We are committed to keeping safety as our top priority with a goal of zero incidents on the job site. OSHA and MSHA guidelines are our minimum standards, and we continually look for ways to improve and exceed those standards.
